About the role

As the Administration Assistant, you will work to ensure that the administration of NDIS services is facilitated seamlessly within the organisation by supporting management in processing required documentation, managing electronic data, and assisting in fulfilling client requirements. Using your existing customer service skills, you will be the first point-of-call for all enquiries (telephone and e-mail) directed to the Community Care team, ensuring the services you provide are customer-centric.

 

Some responsibilities of the role include:

  • Maintain client SharePoint folder, including updating information on relevant systems and other data entry tasks.
  • Collate internal data and assist in the preparation of reports and the distribution of Client Information Packs.
  • Managing enquiries process for SA Disability services.
  • Organise client specific field worker training with stakeholders e.g. timing, resources, room booking.
  • Coordinate bookings and support the process for onboarding new clients in collaboration with Intake and Engagement Consultants.
  • Assist with finance invoice queries, funding issues and secure funding from the NDIS.

You will also bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration role, preferably in the health care (Aged Care and NDIS) sector.
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suit (SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Have experience using the NDIS PRODA Portal and price guides (desirable).
  • Bring a strong commitment to providing excellence in customer service.
  • Have exemplary interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide range of audiences.
  • Be a team player and show dedication to a proactive and supportive workplace culture.

 

The successful candidate must hold and maintain relevant Australian work rights and clearances prior to commencing in this role.
