About the Role

As the Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Allied Health team.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating referrals, client records, and administrative documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the Allied Health team, including meetings, reports, and correspondence
  • Managing client and staff databases while maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating Safety and Risk Assessments and supporting compliance activities
  • Liaising with clients, clinicians, and external stakeholders to support service delivery
  • Assisting with reporting, information packs, surveys, and other departmental administration
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining organisational systems

 

Our Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

 

  • Previous administration experience, preferably within Allied Health, disability, healthcare, or community services
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and referral management processes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality customer service
