HenderCare is seeking an experienced and driven Client Services Manager to lead service delivery across South Australia. If you’re passionate about client-centred care, operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

About the Role

The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading service delivery operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and client-focused care across SA.

 

Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll lead a team delivering high-quality services across Support at Home and NDIS. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Client Support and Clinical teams
  • Oversee Client Support and Intake
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
  • Grow service pipelines and represent HenderCare in the community
  • Manage complaints, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in health or community services
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Aged Care and NDIS requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and experience working in fast-paced environments
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred outcomes
