About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll work closely with the Manager of Risk and Compliance to play a leading role in driving compliance, safety, and quality improvement across multiple service streams.
As the custodian of HenderCare’s Incident Reporting System (IRS), you’ll be the go-to person for investigation, incident management, and ensuring our operations meet national standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and the Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES).
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Our Ideal Candidate
You’re a detail-driven professional with a passion for quality and governance. You thrive on making systems better and enjoy turning compliance from a checklist into a shared mindset.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in compliance, audit, quality, or risk management, ideally in NDIS or Aged Care settings.
- A strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to lead investigations and audits independently.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills, with great attention to detail.
