About the Role
This Domestic Assistant role is based in the community, supporting clients in their own homes to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. You will help promote independence and wellbeing by providing essential household support.
Key duties include:

General house cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc.)

Assiting with laundry and linen changing

Assistance with meal preparation

Unaccompanied shopping
-
Ensuring that service recipients homes are kept in a clean, hygienic, and homely condition according to the individual's needs and wishes.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual who takes pride in supporting others to live safely and independently at home. The ideal candidate is proactive, respectful and committed to making a positive difference in people’s daily lives.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in domestic assistance, cleaning, or similar roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and household tasks
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Availability for flexible working hours, supporting muitple cilents throughout the day.
