This role is integral to maintaining the efficient operation of our finance department by assisting with debtor management, and processing accounts invoices. About the Role
The Finance Assistant will support different financial functions of the business across HenderCare and HenderCare Foundation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with collection of outstanding overdue Co-Payment invoices
- Taking credit card payments over the phone
- Processing of accounts and invoices
- Collation of documents for auditing and other external reporting
- Taking inbound calls to the Finance department to resolve payment queries and irregularities
About You
We are looking for a driven professional who excels in fast-paced environments with excellent administration and problem-solving abilities. A high level of attention to detail with the accuracy of your work is crucial for the success of this role.
You will also bring:
- Previous experience working within a finance department and a strong focus on customer service.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with MYOB advanced is desirable but not essential.
