About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Services and Governance, you will:

Lead the design and delivery of People & Culture initiatives that drive organisational success.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.

Provide expert advice on HR, ER, WHS and organisational development matters.

Partner with leaders to guide performance management, change management, and workforce planning.

Manage complex industrial relations matters and support enterprise bargaining processes.

Drive initiatives that support a safe, collaborative, and values-driven workplace.

Oversee training design and delivery, ensuring compliance and alignment with workforce needs.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced HR leader with a strong track record of delivering strategic people initiatives in complex environments. You bring:

Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in Human Resources.

Deep knowledge of HR, ER, WHS legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.

Proven success in managing complex people and culture matters, including conflict resolution and change management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.

A growth mindset, resilience, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
