About the Role

Reporting to the Manager- Quality & Clinical Governance, the Practice Improvement Lead will support the organisation's commitment to safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing practice guidance, coaching, and supervision support to operational teams.
  • Facilitating reflective practice and promoting consistent, person-centred service delivery.
  • Leading incident investigations and escalating safeguarding concerns where required.
  • Supporting audits and compliance activities aligned with NDIS and Aged Care standards.
  • Identifying practice risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, families, and external stakeholders to support quality outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

 

  • Experience in practice leadership, quality, or safeguarding within Disability, Aged Care, or health services.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding principles, incident management, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience coaching and supporting teams to deliver safe, person-centred services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
  • Experience using quality, incident, and compliance systems to drive continuous improvement.
