The Opportunity

Our Service Delivery Teams are the critical link to connect our amazing clients with our dedicated support workers, who provide exceptional support services and quality care. With expansion of the business, and welcoming new clients to HenderCare, we currently have opportunities available for people to join our Service Delivery team as a Rostering or Scheduling Officers to kickstart their career in health and community care!

 

The team is engaging, collaborative, and supportive to ensure you’re able to reach your full potential. You’ll work alongside colleagues who have extensive industry experience and with supportive management who are dedicated to your development and success in the role.

About The Role

As part of the Serive Delivery team, you will form part of one of the most important teams in our organisation. At its core, this dynamic and fast-paced teamwork in a call-centre style environment to ensure the work you do positively impacts the lives of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible.

Overall, you can expect to:

  • Schedule ongoing and adhoc support services for our NDIS, Community Aged Care, and Private clients
  • Working with our Intake and Engagement Consultants and the Scheduling Officers to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Read and interpret Support Plans
  • Organising replacement staff in a timely manner when required

HenderCare provides support services 24/7. As part of your contract, you may be scheduled to work early mornings, late evenings (on occasion), weekends, and/or public holidays.

Experience within the community care sector, rostering/call-centre environment, will be advantageous.
