About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Client Safeguarding, the Service Improvement Lead will support the organisation’s commitment to safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance across our Disability, Aged Care and Children’s Services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the investigation and resolution of client-related incidents, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Escalating safeguarding concerns in accordance with organisational and regulatory protocols.
- Supporting internal audits and compliance activities aligned with NDIS, Aged Care, Children’s Services and other relevant standards.
- Identifying and facilitate service improvement initiatives through data analysis, feedback and workshops with operational teams to enhance client outcomes
- Preparing reports on incidents, safeguarding, and service improvement activities for internal governance and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, families, and external bodies to support quality and safeguarding outcomes.
Our Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- Experience in service improvement, compliance, or quality roles within the NDIS, Aged Care, Children’s Services or health sectors.
- An understanding of safeguarding principles and incident management frameworks.
- the ability to work independently and exercise judgement within defined guidelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in incident and compliance systems.
