The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced staff to join our team in providing high-quality caring services to clients in the community in the following locations:
- South of the River in Kalamunda, Camillo and Beaconsfield
- North of the River in Wanneroo, Marangaroo, Scarborough, Aveley, Gwelup and Bayswater

About the Role
In this casual role, you'll be supporting our clients in their own homes or supported independent living facilities. You will be responsible for providing person centered care, which will include a variety of activities including personal care, social supports, transportation, meal preparation, hoisting and domestic assistance, including but not limited to, vacuuming, laundry, cleaning bathrooms and dusting.
Currently we are seeking applicants who are available Monday to Friday, between 7am and 10pm and are happy to do shifts that are 2 to 5 hours in length. This role would suit someone looking for around 10 hours of work on a weekly basis with the possibility of more hours in the future
About You
As our ideal candidate you are someone who has empathy and compassion for others. You are also someone who is flexible around client needs, and excited about learning new things alongside us to ensure our clients always receive the best possible care. You may also have some previous experience, which might have included assisting NDIS clients, disability care or veterans’ affairs clients. (Any previous experience will be highly regarded).
So, if you have the following essential criteria, we would love to hear from you!
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability)
- a recent National Police Clearance
- Your own reliable vehicle for transport
- Current CPR (HLTAID009), First Aid (HLTAID012) and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) - or be willing to obtain as required
- NDIS Clearance and Working with Children Card - or be willing to obtain
