We are seeking an experienced Manager – Disability Services to provide operational leadership and support the continued growth and success of our disability services nationally.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director – Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of disability services across all states ensuring high-quality, compliant, and client-centred care. This is a national leadership role that will collaborate with key stakeholders across HenderCare offices.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality services and positive client outcomes
- Drive operational performance, workforce capability, and service consistency
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders
- Oversee complaints, incidents, risk management, and continuous improvement activities
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability
Our Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Leadership experience within disability, health, aged care, or community services
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and quality standards
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive service outcomes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in workforce planning and operational management
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred outcomes
