About the Role

As a Resourcing Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the HenderCare Foundation, focusing primarily on the recruitment and onboarding of Youth Workers. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines to support our growing workforce needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles.

• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting applicants.

• Facilitating regular assessment centres.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within recruitment systems.

• Collaborating with HR, Compliance, and internal teams to support onboarding, training, and documentation.

• Attending career expos and community events to promote HenderCare and build brand awareness.

You’re a confident, motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting people with meaningful work. Whether your experience comes from agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition, or employment services, you bring strong end-to-end recruitment skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or employment/job services).

• Confidence in engaging with candidates directly and building rapport over the phone.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable manner.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Experience using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate data.
