HenderCare are currently looking for stand-out Service Delivery and Rostering Officer to join our vibrant team on a casual basis. Service Delivery and Rostering Officer is a crucial part of our team, responsible for allocating and scheduling Field Workers to our clients and referring organisations.

 

The team is engaging, collaborative, and supportive to ensure you're able to reach your full potential. You'll work alongside colleagues who have extensive industry experience and with supportive management who are dedicated to your development and success in the role.

About the Role

Operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for responding to service requests, matching and rostering staff to support our clients in a timely manner. 

 

This is a casual role that operates Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1600. 

 

The role will involve interacting with many stakeholders including clients, referring organisations and other internal teams. You will be required to manage incoming and outgoing calls whilst utilising our internal software programs.

We are looking for engaging, energetic, and passionate people who are experienced working in a fast-paced customer-focused position with a commitment to the delivery of efficient and high-quality services. The ability to show initiative and being confident in your own skills and abilities, including being able to priorities your workload and work with tight deadlines with relative autonomy, will allow you to thrive in what can be a challenging environment.

 

You will also bring:

 

 

  • Strong commitment to providing excellence in customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a wide range of audiences
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Experience in coordinating services in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities
  • Understanding and experience assisting clients within disability or aged care sector is highly desirable 
  • have the ability to work in a team and build positive working relationships
